@b0755391a71b7480 Hello! Do you have OneDrive or any other app that is syncing your files / folders to the cloud? If so, change your settings to disallow your Documents folder from syncing.
Once you've done that or if that is not what's happening, go into your Documents / Electronic Arts folder and drag The Sims 4 folder to your desktop. Then launch the game. This will generate a new / clean The Sims 4 folder. The new Mods folder should automatically generate a new Resource CFG file as well. Please come back and confirm whether or not you have these new folders.
