Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test by adding a few mods at a time and test. When you see the background you know it was in the last batch you added and can test each of these individually.
I recommend that you start organizing your mods and CC in subfolders to make it easier to find problem content.
