@China2Crazy It can be any complex mod that's not properly installed or that needs an update. There are far too many possibilities to be helpful. Check that you're up to date on mods that affect gameplay and that you're not missing parts of them. You might just want to drag that whole Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache, and add mods back gradually.
