@Pandacorn_Bamboo  This is typically caused by a mod, particularly one that affects the user interface, for example UI Cheats.  If you have any such mods or any made by TwistedMexi, try removing those first, and delete localthumbcache.package as well.  Then test the game.

If this doesn't help, or you don't have any UI mods, move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache (again), then test.
