I've done a full game repair, loaded without mods as well and it still doesn't work. I'm thinking about just doing a full reinstall of the game at this point
@llPHO3N1Xll Did you previously have cooking mods you deleted?
Also, try this and test in a new save: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/
If that works, try copying just your old saves in the newly created saves folder.
I didn't have any cooking mods as far as i'm aware.
The resetting fixed the game! :D Thank you so much!!Hi! This is happening to me as well except that I *did* have cooking mods I deleted. Took out all my mods and it was still broken. Tried vanilla, still broken. I have no packs either. I don't know what's going on. Should I just uninstall? It's not worked since I moved my files from my laptop to my PC. Could that be an issue? Should I just reinstall the game? Sorry if I'm not making much sense, I'm not a coder or anything, just a teenage girl who wants to play her sims, lol
@sunnnyfleur Which issue exactly is happening? If you removed cooking mods and can't load a specific previously played household, you may have deleted mods before deleting food/plates made with them. Often, going into build/buy to delete plates is enough to solve this. If it doesn't, you might need to reinstall those mods.

8nsumgcl8772 Please test with no mods or CC at all in a new save. See vanilla testing
