OK it is not greyed out but the image for it doesn't show.
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

In game the Expansion Shows up as available and downloaded like all the other packs, the only problem is that the content doesn't Show up. Not in cas or in game. I Followed your advice regarding Mods and the Cache file but it still won't Show up. Do you have any other ideas what could help?

Thank you so much for your help, I have the same issue, the game shows up on the homescreen as owned and downloaded but won't load properly. I just did a factory reset of my game due to mods issues and I'm out of patience with all the debugs required to make the game work. EP 16 shows up in the correct folder along with all my other packs but won't load in game. Here are a few helpful screenshots :
I just cleared the cache and did a full factory reset, the EA app tells me the game has been downloaded, it just won't show up in game! At this point I don't know what to do anymore, I have deleted all my mods and nothing works to make lovestruck appear...
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make it work...

EDIT : I fixed it... uninstalling and re-installing the pack didn't work so I uninstalled the game and then re-installed it. It took about an hour buth the pack shows!
