Hi @cjlondonio0896. Let's see if some game refreshing helps.

First, drag your The Sims 4 folder to your desktop (your game will make a new one, with no "history"), and then use Game Repair in the EA App to clear any glitches in the program itself.

When that's done, start Sims 4 and a new game to see if you still have the glitch. If you do, you might need to completely reinstall. If you don't, you can try putting your previous save files back in the new Saves folder and use "Load" to open your previous save. You'll need to redo your Options, as we'll have also cleared those.
