Yes I am sure! I can do it with the "cook with..." option (as in cook with someone else) but not individually. I have all the ingredients I have cooking level 10 but they don't appear. I have done everything!
I have just sent you my google drive with my bugged save on it.
@gingermegs I tested your save. Seems to be a bit of a backup cause it was a different errant that needed to be done.
I did just try to make a cake pie and that worked for me so I really don't know what's going on in your game.
That's the wrong thing. Chocolate cake and chocolate pie are not the same thing. I can make a cake I can't make a pie. I'm australian and i thought the same thing but in america a pie is not a cake. it's a translation thing. also as i said I can make it but only with the cook together option. all the new recipes appear in that menu but not the cook individually menu.
And yes it is a backup save because i had to delete the original as i made a massive error in my storyline.

I could make all recipes from CoL (used the family with the pregnant Sim)
(and I'm Swiss so it's all different for me anyways :D)
Since you own all the pack, it can't be a pack thing either. Not sure what else to suggest.
I don't know what to tell you then. cause i was just playing it and it was doing it's usual thing.

Did you have any lot traits before that you have removed or did you have the same setting with none ?
I don't quite understand you but i will try. The house comes from the gallery. I replaced the house that was there. I am pretty sure I didn't change the lot traits. Everything's the same. Either way it wouldn't matter because i can still cook it under cook together so that's not the issue.
