Platform: Lenovo Windows 10
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Everytime 100%
What is your current game version number? Most recent version
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything but most recent “kits” and a few of the stuff packs
Steps: I load the game and then all my non CC clothes are faded grey, I can't change clothing colors, and their are grey blocks on the eye colors, weight sliders, gender choices, etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't customize my character at all. This just started happening yesterday. I believe its from a mod but no idea which one.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? After I downloaded some new mods, but I have so many I dodn't know which one it could be.

After the new update this is what my skin tones look like, not even the base game skin tones work and I've tried taking all the skin cc i know of out of the game

Do fully the basic steps, @sarah23433. Remove any of them, renaming the whole The Sims 4 folder in your "Documents\Electronic Arts\", clear the Origin cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/ and repair The Sims 4 through the Origin client. Make sure you are using version 1.90.358.1030.
Like always start The Sims 4 through the Origin client and perform a clean one. Create a new Sim / household to test of the problem is solved or still exist.
