I've always had localthumbcache deleted, but I'm still seeing the blank icons and it just happened.

- @HotdogLucy if you have the UI cheats mod then that's what is causing it, once i took it out of my game the icons were fine
- @sarah23433 Yes, I have ui cheats (I just checked if there was any updates) but I always use it. What if a Sim has a enraged mortified or hysterical moodlet
- @HotdogLucy Until the creator updates the mod then you're going to have to take it out of your game if you want the icons to appear. If your sim is hysterical or enraged click on a mirror and make them calm down
I mean, I've got MC Command Center, and I did realize UI Cheats extension was bugging it, so it's gone. It didn't do that before the new update with lunar cycles, but Sims 4 Werewolves did come out, so the lunar cycles would make perfect sense.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? suspected mods, so disabled
What happens when the bug occurs? after latest update no game icons present, game completely broken, see screen shot attached
What do you expect to see? icons
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

The latest game update has broken game, all icons now do not show, I have mods but all disabled during this test
i had the same problem, i deleted my UI Cheats Extension and now my game is back to normal.
UI Cheats breaks after every patch just delete that mod and the localthumbcache.package and restart your game. 100% that should fix it. My game looked EXACTLY like yours. You can add UI Cheats back after the creator fixes it, theyre usually quick about it.
