What happens when the bug occurs? The game screen buttons, IE, play/pause/ sims needs etc, all of them are whited out and cannot be seen, this happened right after the new update.

has been an issue forever. What is T:/????? there is no such location anywhere on my PC
None of this exception report seems to have anything to do with the issue of the white out game window buttons and icons. I have contacted EA with no results, I repaired the game, did everything they told me to do. Every time EA updates the game they create new issues and I have to spend hours and days and week and months trying to fix my game. This is getting very old.
Maybe somebody can look at my screenshot and tell me what to do to fix this game.....again.
