Re: [MOD RELATED] Icons are blank squares/ UI Glitching

i just updated, and now i can’t play the game at all, every time i start the game, it goes fine until i hit the start menu, the buttons that allow me to play and even exit the game on the right side of the screen are all overlapped and i can’t click anything. 

i do have mods and cc installed but i’ve already uninstalled ui cheats specifically, i couldn’t find an update for it yet so i just removed it

i also tried removing ui cheats, the localthumbcache file, and repaired the game, it still isn’t working after all that

    @ariesmoongf @Lynnsinger209 @2qbq5dwy298p @Angelin831 The UI glitching can also be caused by conflicts that have nothing to do with a Mod/CC being directly made for UI. Please try the following to see if any ot the Mods/CC are causing a conflict now:

    Try moving the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can test without saving in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue, then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
