Mods/CC that can cause this issue (there might be more, let me know if there's others not listed)

  • Default Eye Replacements
  • Eye Shine Remover

    It could also be skin details! That was my issue because the skin detail also changed the eyes!

    Hey, I wondered what happens to exisiting Sims who have custom eyes ? If you were to put the mod again afterwards, will these Sims get back their modded eyes ? The base eye colors are sooooo boring, I don't think I have a single Sims with vanilla colors ^^'
