@ThatGirlSween  This appears to be the same thing that has been happening to a lot of people since the last patch.  The main cause of most of the problems has been the UI Cheats mod.  It has been updated so I suggest you download and install the updated version.  That should fix the problem.  If it does, great.  And those here would appreciate knowing that your issue got fixed.  If that doesn't work, come back and the people here will try to help you figure it out.
