Hi @anaxisana Please see the first post here for some known problems causing this right now, as well as the CC section of Broken/Updated Mods . You may have to do a 50-50 to find issues, focusing on presets and defaults. Some Simmers have had to remove problem mods/CC and edit a Sim. There's more info in this thread. 

Hi @luthienrising  Thanks for your advices, but I play without mods and clean cache before every launch of the game. I’ve read not only the first post but whole chat and no recommendation from there couldn’t help me.

A lot of players bump into this bug even in vanilla version of Sims so the problem lies not in mods but in the latest update of Sims which cracks sim faces! There’s no way to use editing of your sim because changing of preset leads to wiping of legacy genetics, please don’t get us wrong! Particularly since changing of preset doesn’t help every time to fix sim’s face.

This bug should be fixed by its developers not the simple players! And I hope that they will receive our message and notice this problem!

HI @anaxisana If you are having an issue like this and you never play with any content in your Mods folder, please try a clean folder and Game Repair:

Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Do a Game Repair from the EA App/Origin. (If you're on console, do whatever file checking is available there.) Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Then test in a new save. If that works, exit, copy your save files into the new folder, and test again.

If you still have issues after these steps, post a bug report. It will be helpful to see before-and-after images in that, and please add all the test steps you already did.
