Hi! I have the same issue w/ the toddlers and unfortunately I haven't found a solution BUT I may come with some help for others. I found this stray remove eyelash mod by Kijiko that was found under skin details in CAS.

The name of the file is "Mod_Eyelashes.package".

Wouldn't have found it if I didn't go through my entire skin details tab because the .package file name is a little nontraditional.
