It would be very strange if the game didn't know.
After all, I tried every way.
Mods out, game repaired, new folder created, game completely reinstalled and so on.
I don't know what else to do there. 🤔

@ArminasLandariel It wouldn't be strange if you had a folder in OneDrive. I've also seen recently where people had a folder in both OneDrive and where it should be and were "fixing" the mods in the OneDrive folder instead of the one the game was seeing.
Let's do one more folder refresh test (I know, it's a pain, but this is in case the order you tested before affected the tests): Drag Die Sims 4 from there (make sure it's there, not a different folder with the same name -- check the full file path just to be 100% certain) to your desktop. Start the game and a new save.
