Re: mods in folder but not in game?

@jpkarlsen the folder is located in C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
it is not in documents. so the link with how to find the folder isnt very helpful. i can see the folder, but it wont load in game.

Hi @CamOstwald. The place to put your Mods isn't in Program Files. It's here:
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mod. Move your Mods there, and the game should be able to see them, unless there are other installation issues.

You can not just create a mods folder yourself that wont work. It must be the folder the game is using. the link I posted explains how to find where that is located. The game will not create a mods folder in Program Files.
