@XxXlemonsremoXxX Please post a screenshot of your Mods folder. Please also list the file path to the Mods folder: right-click on the folder itself, select Get Info, and copy and paste the info under Where.

Thanks for getting back so quickly, here's the screen shots. Also this second screenshot was the only info I could find after I click on "get info"
@XxXlemonsremoXxX Your screenshots are almost impossible to read at that size. If you're in a similar situation in the future, please post one at a time, and don't size them down at all if possible.
I can't really tell what I'm looking at in the first screenshot, but the second one makes the problem obvious: your mods are in a Sims 4 folder on your desktop. (Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Desktop > The Sims 4) The mods need to be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
