I am also having the same issues with my sims 4, I have the windows 10 laptop. I recently brought 3 expansion packs for my game and now my sims are getting stuck every time I try to get them to do so...

@hzdus65bnkcc Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?

Try removing everything and see if it then works.
