Hi, there
If you know that the mod is the cause, then once you have moved the mod folder, and check to see if the game can be started correctly in a game without the mod. Follow the steps below.
1. Moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.
2. Test the game without the mod.
3. If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC.
4. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
If you have a large number of mods and it is troublesome, you can use the 50/50 method.
