@Lolo7539 Not sure I understand what you mean. Didn't the "freerealestate on/off" cheat work? Had you activated the "testingcheats on/off" cheat first for that hood? AFter you've moved you new family into a house, you can adjust the family fund using the "money <amount>" cheat.

I have the same issue, and freerealestate doesn't work because your funds are still negative.

@Shanponine Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.If you have no mods or CC, please post in Game Issues or Bug Reports, not here. If a vanilla test doesn't fix the problem, same thing.
