Re: Not being able to access UI

@yael562 Sounds like you still have broken mods to deal with. Try this to see if it helps to start, to determine that your problem is a mod:

- Drag the user folder (The Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts) to the desktop or rename it. All your current content will be saved there to put back

- Start the game. It should behave like you've not played before.

- Start with NEW to see if your UI is now working.

After, we'll step you through finding the cause of your UI problems, assuming they're gone. And also get all your saves etc. back in place.

@luthienrising thanks for your reply! I went in and removed the user folder and I was able to travel, access my UI, and save.

@yael562 Awesome! You can add content back to your folders gradually. Start with the UserSetting.ini file and your saves, and make sure the saves are okay. Add Tray and screenshots and videos.

For mods, start by making sure you're current with Broken/Updated Mods & CC . Anything that's *not* cleared or updated there should be either removed completely (broken/obsolete) or tested in batches (not listed at all). Don't replace the new Resource.cfg file that the game made.

@luthienrising Good evening! I slowly went through my mods 1 by 1 again and found the one causing ui issues. Luckily the update is out so once I reinstalled it, there was an immediate change in performance. Thanks so much for your help!
