My default eye replacement mod didn't have werewolf eyes in it, and I haven't try other eye replacement mods yet.
But since you mention the occult features not "sticking". It happened on mine 1.110.265 too.
In 1.110.294, I can not enter live mode with occult eye replacement mods, but I can play in CAS with them.
My played vampire will lose all their vampiric features in their human form, but their gallery will keep those feature when I merge them in.After switching a few times, I can select and show them in CAS on played sims.
After I removed the default replacement mod. I still can not make occult features stick on their human form in 1.110.294.
I am avoiding replacing the default occult eye for now.
@JD9512 Go ahead and "me too" that bug report!
