Re: [Patch 1.117 on] When Loading ANY Household, Returns to World Select Screen

Game Version:
1.117 (August 19, 2025 patch)
Issue:
The game is stuck in an infinite loading screen whenever trying to move a household into a lot (house or empty land). The game never loads into Live Mode.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a new family in CAS.
- Select a lot (any world, any size).
- Attempt to move the family in.
- Loading screen begins and never ends.
Expected Result:
The lot should load into Live Mode with the new household.
Actual Result:
The game loads endlessly. I left my computer on for 16 hours and it never finished loading.
What I Tried:
- Removed all mods and CC (clean Mods folder).
- Cleared cache and localthumbcache.package.
- Repaired game files via Steam.
- Started a fresh “The Sims 4” folder to test clean saves.
- Issue still persists.
Impact:
Game is completely unplayable — unable to move any households into any lots.
