So basically, I have been the playing the sims 4 with no problem. But now every time I play the game it kicks me out showing the location to live in. The clip shows what happened. Also, I have mods so tell me if that is the problem.
The August 2025 patch (1.117) broke many, many script mods, with this being the symptom, and these are still the ones most likely to be your problem. Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117 as a second starting point, but note many were updated for patch 1.118 and/or are not yet cleared in the current list (for links, see Mod & CC Issues: START HERE).
