I am experiencing a situation where I load into the map selection, and when I go to play a houshold it goes through a loading screen and comes right back to the map selection. I'm stuck in the limbo of a save where I can't play any houshold, played or unplayed and it's across all my save files.

I am having the same issue after the most recent update today.
not only can i not load my households but if i alter a lot then it wont save at all.
the game is literally useless, unplayable.

it's been doing the same for me and its extremely frustrating because I have a world, I've been working on that I don't want to lose.
I’m having the same issue. Cannot play any of my saved games and cannot play any new ones. This is right after today’s update.
the exact same thing is happening to me! i removed all of my mods and tried again but it still didnt work. do you think the update just broke the game?
I am facing the same issue too. Omg. I even tried fixing all my mods and repair the game but it does not work at all. I hope it gets resolved soon :/

Hey guys, so I just found a simmer on TikTok, who told me that you have to remove your script mods and I did the same thing and it helped my game
How can us avid player play without script mods at all??? Most of the cc and mods are script mods and many of the hairstyles. Clothes. Makeup including mcc even road to fame is script mods. Without the script mods. The game is still unplayable and I get sent back to residential worlds
I turned off mods again in options, quit game, removed EVERY mod I have from my mods folder, restarted game and VOILA I could load my lots. Played vanilla for several hours and yes, I missed my mods but I'm going to have to patiently wait til modders review/update them.
