Every time I load into Sims 4, it won't let me load into my game. I can get into CAS fine and create characters, but it won't let me go into build mode at all or let me load into my household.
same with mine to, tried clicking on different lots and it's the same story

Are you a mod user? The August 2025 patch (1.117) broke many, many script mods, with this being the symptom, and these are still the ones most likely to be your problem. Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117 as a second starting point, but note many were updated for patch 1.118 and/or are not yet cleared in the current list (for links, see Mod & CC Issues: START HERE).
