Chances are you've got a broken or outdated mod in your game.
So just try what I recommended there to see if that fixes your problem. If it does, great! If not, come back and let me know and we'll go from there.

I didn't have very many mods but I discovered it was the color slider mod I had installed for hair.
I was dreading having to look high and low for the mod that was doing this, it turns out it was the same mod you had the issue with, you saved me tons of time Thank you!
@SoaringEnyo It's one that breaks fairly often when any UI changes in a game update. It was updated yesterday. Lots more to check for in the pinned Broken/Updated Mods & CC list. (And more to come later today.)
