Hi @SarafinaRo. This is something that usually ends up traceable to a mod, especially CC. Known problems so far are older mods/CC that are intended to replace the default underwear. For most of these, deleting the mod/CC from your Mods folder and deleting localthumbcache should be enough to solve the problem. From the descriptions in this thread, though, I suspect that there could be something still floating around on the internet with issues similar to Sresla's outdated Transgender Trait, which has permanent effects in saves.
