I also encountered this problem in the Sims 4 game. Please tell me how can I solve it?

I've been having this problem for months. How did u fix it? I can't go to the help discord bc I have DLC

KaylaMare67​ If you mean by "DLC" that you have Sims add-ons, that's normal and does not affect Discord use. If you mean you used an "unlocker" to access packs you don't actually own, that's your problem and you can't get support anywhere.
