You should be able to see who the sim is engaged to in the Relationship panel. Just click on a portrait and open the sim profile. It will tell you if a sim is a fiance, boyfriend/girlfriend, BFF, etc. So just keep clicking on portraits until you find both. Then you can call them over and end one or both of the relationships via the breakup option.
