Re: Red X Box Where Icons and Faces Should Be

Hi guys, had the same problem and I don't play with mods on PC.

Have a family of mermaids, adult man, senior woman and a girl child. When man and girl were at work / school the woman made a trip to meet her sisters at a pool and since then her husband's picture were just a red X on white ground. When the girl came home, her mother's picture too looked like that.

I exit game without saving, repaired it with the EA App and when I played the day again, the problem happend again.

I've accepted and played along and at this evening the girl had her birthday to become teenage. After I sent her to CAS, where I just changed her appearance but not her parent's. But - surprise - when I looked into their relations, their pictures where restored again.

I'm just still afraid it could happen with an unplayed Sim I couldn't send him to CAS so easily.
