@ShadowBramble It only resets the sims' positions and empties their action queues. You don't need to start a new save. You probably don't even need to save/quit/reload the save, but that's always a good idea if you're seeing performance issues in general.

@ShadowBramble The townies should start doing actions again very soon if not immediately. When they have no action assigned, the game will quickly find something for them to do just as it would under any other circumstance. There's nothing else you need to do in this situation, and you can freely use the cheat whenever you think it's appropriate.
