When in build mode, choosing the lot type, if I'm not in Tomarang the "residential rental" option doesen't even exist. it's not there for me to choose.
Empty lots... and yes i have the game expansion.
I have CC but took all mods out... still happens the same way.
What's happening?
I'm being Capt. Obvious here, but did you scroll all the way down to see if the venue is listed further down the list. You pic only shows the top to the venue choice list. I do get the option to use the residential rental venue in other worlds. I have already built and am playing one in Glimmerbrook and working on another in Del Sol Valley. No problem with either.
If you have looked at the entire venue list and it's not there, then I suggest you try a game repair.
