Re: romantic boundaries not showing up in CAS

I am having difficulty finding the solution why i cannot see the romantic boundaries tab. and I've trawled through posts and checking my my mods file for those known conflicts/issues. but I have none. 
I can't find the mod that lists UI mods either. 
any help would be appreciated
