Re: Sim doesn’t change into outfit I chose in CAS

@shypie1 are you sure they aren't wearing a cold or warm weather outfit depending on the weather ?

Yes, it happens when I choose an outfit in live mode and most of the time the top is a different colour to what I chose in CAS.

@shypie1 Could you add some pictures ? Have you tried a new save with new Sims that never had mods/cc

I can’t work out how to add pictures because the files are too big. I’ve removed my CC and started a new save and everything seemed to be fine. However, my other save still has the issue even though I’ve removed CC.
It’s not a huge issue to be honest, it’s just slightly annoying.

@shypie1 You need to use some program to resize your picture or upload to some external source and link here.

Can you try a new Sim in your existing save to see if maybe the Sims outfit is corrupted ?
  • Hello!

    Did you find a solution?

I'm having the same issue, it's happening to only 1 of my sims. When I go in CAS, the outfits and hairstyle are correct but when I go live mode my sim either changes outfit or hairstyle or both. Also, this bug is happening now but the mods were installed already for a week or two.

    Hi!

Yes, without mods is working normally so I know it's one of the mods. Problem is that my better exceptions (updated version) is not showing which one is making this conflict, it's empty.

I tried to change my sim into normal clothes but if you have the mods in your folder, it's gonna glitch anyways. Even if you're not using them.

Thanks for the help, hope I don't have to go through the mods 1 by 1. ☹️

@JessicaXE Better Exceptions can't detect all issues. You'll need to do a 50-50. Fortunately, that's MUCH more efficient than test one by one! Find instructions here: 50-50
