Do you by any chance have the Color Slider from thepancake1? I just had the exact same problem as you, followed all of the instructions this post , and removing that mod from my folder seemed to fix my options menu. Hope that helps!

I‘ve been having so many issues with sims 4 the past few days. But i actually had that colorslider mod. As soon as i removed it, it worked perfectly. You‘re a hero🙏🏼
@_XRMNAX_ Check the Broken/Updated Mods lists for this patch. You'll find that it (and possibly other mods you use) is updated. I'm going to close this thread now as it relates to an earlier patch.
