@ya5lp1e1skvi To test if it is a mod causing this, do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

If that works, it's time to look for known Broken/Updated Mods & CC in the pinned list I've linked you to. If the lists there don't solve your issue, you can do a 50-50 (see the instructions linked here) to identify the culprit. Each time you delete a broken mod, delete the localthumbcache file. For updated mods, be sure to delete the old version.
