I was also having this issue, and I do have Basemental’s mods installed, however I was able to successfully finish the interrogation without the suspect getting up as long as there was always an interaction in queue. Whatever is happening with the mod only seems to trigger if you’re not actively interrogating them. Just wanted to share this handy little workaround!
