Re: Sims 4 redirects me to manage worlds instead of opening lot

@POWPOWPOW01 Yes, you can still keep your CC after testing if your problem is caused by mods or CC. To do this,

  1. don't delete the Mods folder – Instead move it to your desktop so you don't have to redownload all your content; you'll put it back gradually later
  2. don't save before exiting when you test

You can make extra sure you still have the version of your save with all your CC by copying your Saves folder to your desktop so you have a backup copy to put back if you accidentally save during testing.

I did what you said and moved my mods folder and just tested it, the issue didn’t occur during my test so that means something in my cc is bad right?

What do I do now? And how do i fix it cause this is like 5 years worth of CC in that folder? 🙂

@POWPOWPOW01 It's not fun, but the most efficient approach is to use the 50-50 method. Consider it a good time to also look for duplicates/stuff you just never use and to organize your content.
