Re: sims can't woohoo
It could be a couple of things. Are the sims compatible as in do they both have romance and woohoo preferences for the gender of the other the other sim? Do the sims have a high enough Romance score (is the red bar more than half full)? Have the sims had a First Kiss? Have you tried getting the friendship up and asking about the romance and woohoo preferences? Have either asked the other to be woohoo partners?
If you've done all that, what exactly happens? Do they go to woohoo location and then stop or do they even get that far? Do you get a negative reaction when one sim asks the other for woohoo?
You can try taking the sims into CAS and resetting their gender and woohoo preferences too to see if that makes any difference.
