@t00sa Unfortunately the video size is so small that it's impossible to see what's happening in it so you might be better off with a couple of screenshots instead. They did a revamp of some of the traits, including the Clumsy trait. After that clumsy sims will slip randomly.

Does your sim actually fall down? If not, check if they have the clumsy trait. Then it's just new intended behaviour BUT if your sims actually fall to the ground even with no ice/puddles present then it might be a bug.
