I went to build/buy mode and deleted the TV, replaced it with the InvisiView Flat-Screen HDTV and they are both playing now. (For the sake of saying it, I've only had one console and one TV on the lot.) Does this happen a lot? What made you think it's the TV?

That was a complete route failure though so it's not exactly the same as you were seeing but it does feel the same from what happened the second time aorund.
Do you also maybe have modular furniture ? That can also cause issues with TV watching in general.
