- crinrict3 years agoHero+@LlamaOMama Are you using any UI Mods ? Maybe check the sites of the mods you're using to make sure you have the updated version for them all.
It would probably be a mod and not cc. - LlamaOMama3 years agoNew Ace
It's definitely not custom content. I do have some mods but I didn't check if they are UI.

Are screen slam mods considered UI? because that was one of my most recent downloaded mods and has not been updated since 2019. It's simply to remove the screen slam. I also have a faster skills mod as well that was NOT the same creator. The screenslam creator made a faster skills mod, but I didn.t use that one. I removed that mod to keep safe.
And I don't have UI cheats extension either.
- crinrict3 years agoHero+@LlamaOMama Best is to just go through your mods. I don't know which one could be causing it. UI would be most likely but I don't know most of the mods that exist out there.
Try starting by removing the ones you suspect and see if the issue goes away. Also delete the localthumbcache file each time. - LlamaOMama3 years agoNew Ace
When I removed the mod and added a Child Sim to the game, it stopped appearing when the child(ren) was building skills. It worked on 2 kids so far.
did you ever get it to work? i’m having the same problem after trying to cheat skills too
- LlamaOMama3 years agoNew Ace
I actually think I made it work again. One of my screenslam mods caused the issue, called "No screenslam when developing a Skill", by meloekogirl. The mod comments says there skills been dissappearing too and info boxes caused problems. Probably the screenslam mod that caused the issue.
Do you have any mods?
i do have mods. it seems like it’s working for me now too, besides the original two sims that were in the household when i changed their skills. they have a toddler and her skills show up normally, same with my other households

The problem, for me shows up when the Sim is a child and builds up his extra skills after the four main skills maxed out. Try with a child Sim, max their skills out, and build their adult skills when maxed.
- @LlamaOMama Hi, I'm having the same problem. Were you able to get it fixed?
