Re: Specific lot will not upload to the gallery.

@lilkaitie Does your lot have a description ? Any custom pictures/photos on the lot ? If that's the case, it's best to remove those before uploading.

  • I used gallery art all throughout the build in a way that, if removed, isn't worth uploading to the gallery. I tried no description though, but same issue. My test upload of another build also had gallery art - maybe not as much though.

@lilkaitie Could you make a copy of your save game, then try to upload without the art just to see if that's the issue ? Could also be photos (especially if they're black) or any paint by ref.

If it's just art that comes with the game, it's probably not a problem, just anything painted by the Sims. This is really just to figure out if those are giving issues to upload. If that really is the case, then it's a bug that needs to be reported in the bug forum.

So for testing, it would be great if you could try if the lot uploads without them.
  • All of the art in the build was downloaded from the gallery (nocc). I tried deleting it all and uploading and it did work. I have since tried minimizing the amount that is in the build but it will not upload, even with half. I took out 4000kb of gallery art and it still will not upload. All of my other builds have gallery art (from the same creator) and have uploaded with no issues.

  • I know this is an older post but I just came across the same issue. I did a test by removing arts only by certain creators and found that art that I had from princealix316 was causing this issue. The specific ones I was using were all plants if that helps you, or anyone else out in the future
