Can you tell us if you are playing on PlayStation, Xbox or PC. If you're playing on PC do you use mods or cc?
Once we know that it helps to get you some assistance or get your issue reported in the right place if it's a bug or a broken mod.

@felipers2007I'm on Xbox Series X and haven't played on PC for some time so I'll add a link here with the current advice on mod issues, it has some help tips for you to follow, advice is on page 1 of the thread:
