Do you also experience this? My sims can't eat or cook cause all the cabinets are gone and I can't put it on my build mode. @skittleslia

Yes, this was exactly my problem, but I removed those two I told you, plus <removed> and it worked fine. I removed <removed>. So those four were removed and it worked again.

I honestly give up.
this has been a nightmare trying to fix this issue and the common mods you all have mentioned that this would cause this issue… I don’t have it in my game.
- @keeyawnuh Have you checked Scarlet's Realm? or I've also heard of another one I think it was Luke's List or something. That's the best thing I can recommend checking to see what to update or delete depending on the mods you have.
I’ve checked that page so many times and keyword searched through my hard drive to update the mods.
nothing is working as I am still experiencing this issue.
i’ve attached ALL of the necessary CAS and UI related mods that may cause issues.
@keeyawnuh Please see the lists we've posted for you right here at EA support: Broken/Updated Mods & CC . Delete everying on the Broken and Previously Broken lists. Delete and replace everything on the Updated list. Remove mods not cleared for the patch or updated.
If you still have issues, instructions on testing are here: 50-50
@keeyawnuh You have mods that aren't cleared for the patch. Remove those. Be sure to delete the file called localthumbcache every time you change mods. And don't assume that those are the only possible culprits!

I was able to resolve this issue from the 50/50 method.
The BetterBuildBuy mod is the most important mod for builders. Building without it is not fun, I can't play without it. What I hate, yes, hate, is that EA MADE ME update the game after the Life & Death Expansion Pack. Now I have an update for the pack I will never use and can't use the mod without which I can't play. Thank you very much for that. :-(
@677714f16587604b It's one of a category of mod that regularly needs updating for necessary game changes if we're to have new packs and new features. The creator knows it needs updating and normally puts updates out after the new pack is release in order to not need to update twice.
I know. Still, what I have said is true. I was forced to download update I don't really need and lose access to the mod I need.
@677714f16587604b It's possible to delay updating, though! Turn off automatic updates in the EA App then play offline.
Temporarily, yes. I'd turned automatic updates off long ago
