    How do you change the lot type first? Go into build mode? When I try to place the property it says that type is not allowed. If it is residential then it will let me but not residential rental. I do not know how to change the type when it is in the gallery or the ones I have built and saved. They are set to residential rental and I do not know how to convert them to residential.

    @kxvwgy3uw5it You have to go to build mode, then change the lot type to residential rental, then place the lot from the gallery

    If it's currently any residential lot type, you need to make sure that no one lives there.
