I've relaunched several times, and the game was normal this morning before the update :(
I use mods but it's like this without mods enabled too

NutellaCupcakes Does the UI look like this with your Mods folder removed completely? I've seen reports of mods still having some effect even with the setting disabled.
And if you use Better Build/Buy, you may need to repair the game after removing it.
My UI is also the same, with or without CC
Highlightcw The issue is probably a mod, not custom content, so please remove your Mods folder. And if you use Better Build/Buy, you may need to repair the game as well.
Did removing BBB, repairing and then re-adding work for anyone?
stl_heather_ You need the updated Better BuildBuy (and other updated mods), and follow the instructions on the page for installation after a patch.
